EverUrbane currently offers Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide. The estimated delivery time is 3-4 weeks.
We are working very hard to create better efficiency in managing the high volume of orders we are currently receiving in order to get our shipping times to our goal of 1 week maximum in the near future. EverUrbane online purchases can be shipped to destinations all around the world.
After your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number(s).
Please note that it might take a day or two for your tracking number to update after you've received it.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
The shipping address can be changed after the order has been placed, but not after the order has been processed.
Can I cancel an order once the order has been placed?
We work hard to get all orders processed as quickly as possible, once an order has been placed and has been processed, you cannot cancel your order.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Items cannot be added to an existing order that has been confirmed. Your order is confirmed once you have completed the checkout stage and sent a confirmation number. If you would like to order additional items, you are welcome to place a new order online!
Can products be delivered to a different mailing address from the billing address?
Yes, the shipping address can be different from the billing address.
